They came from nothing, fought the odds, and succeeded. It wasn’t easy, but certainly not impossible. In Antonio Rivas case, it took him years to make a name for himself. He immigrated from Guatemala at a young age. Had several jobs before landing one that got him closer to his dream—to become a tailor. After years in the business, he’s now received the Best of Boston award six times and not only does work for state judges and artists but for the past two years has been the exclusive tailor of Tom Brady. Roanny Colón is stronger than most, not just because she’s a tow truck driver, but because she’s had to start from zero more than once. She lived most of her life in Puerto Rico, where she had a successful towing business, but after Hurricane Maria, she lost it all and was forced out of the island. After relocating to Massachusetts and a year worth’s of work, she was able to become ‘La Patrona’ de las Gruas, ‘The towing truck boss’ in the Merrimack Valley.

Después de arduo trabajo en el negocio, ha sido reconocido seis veces como El Mejor Sastre de Boston, y no solo trabaja para jueces y artistas, sino que durante varios años fue el sastre exclusivo de Tom Brady. Por otra parte, está Roanny Colón. Una mujer guerrera que se gana la vida remolcando vehículos, y que ha tenido que empezar de cero más de una vez. Vivió la mayor parte de su vida en Puerto Rico, donde tuvo un exitoso negocio de grúas, pero después del huracán María, lo perdió todo y se vio obligada a salir de la isla. Un año después de mudarse a Massachusetts, pudo convertirse en "La Patrona" de las Grúas en el Valle de Merrimack.

On their way home from a movie night, a Nordwood couple went on a trip they never signed up for. While they were crossing Chelsea Street Bridge, which horizontally elevates to let vessels pass by, they got stuck between both railings and were elevated about 200 feet in the air. Our continuing coverage discovered that although there are cameras on the platform, the two men on duty at the time of the incident missed the couple stuck on the bridge. After our reporting they were suspended immediately.
Cuando iban de camino a casa después de ir al cine, una pareja de Nordwood Massachusetts hizo un viaje que nunca se imaginó. Mientras cruzaban el puente de Chelsea Street, que se eleva horizontalmente para permitir el paso a los barcos, se quedaron atrapados entre ambas barandillas y fueron elevados unos 200 pies en el aire. Nuestra cobertura continua descubrió que, aunque hay cámaras en la plataforma, los dos empleados que estaban a cargo del puente en el momento del incidente no vieron a la pareja atrapada en el puente. Después de nuestro informe, ambos fueron suspendidos de inmediato.
